Frequently asked questions
Does everyone really get the same board?
Yes. The board is derived from the date, so everyone playing on the same day gets exactly the same tile arrangement. At midnight (local time) the next board appears.
Can the daily board be unsolvable?
No. Every board is built so that at least one order exists in which all tiles can be cleared. If you do get stuck, the hint, undo and shuffle buttons will help you on.
What happens to my streak if I skip a day?
Your current streak starts again from zero. Your best streak is always kept, so you never lose your record.
Where are my streak and times stored?
Only on this device, in your browser's local storage. No account is needed and no data is sent to a server. If you clear your browser data, your streak disappears too.
Does it still count if I use the shuffle button?
Yes. Shuffling is simply an aid; clearing the board still counts towards your streak. Your result does show how many times you shuffled.
